Requirements:
- Knowledge of networking and enterprise systems architecture
- 5 yrs+ Ability to perform data modeling, logical and physical database design and systems architecture
- Strong information architecture experience
- *nix shell scripting experience a plus
- Knowledge of SQL Server and PostgreSQL tuning
- Oracle database performance tuning a plus
- Initially there will also be DB Administration tasks

Requirements:
- C#, .NET CLR 2.0 for both Mono and Microsoft VMs
- Experience in at least two other OO or functional programming languages
- Experience with XML, (X)HTML, CSS, ASP, Javascript & AJAX, PHP
- Knowledge of custom descriptors and scripting platforms
- XML, SQL, logging and tuning
- Experience working with distributed environments required
- Additional cross platform knowledge beyond Mono, Ruby, and Flash experience a plus
- Results-driven self starter (doesn't need to be totally micromanaged)
- Not afraid to pick up new skills or languages
- Capable of following a coding standard
- Capable of writing specifications
- Documents work and writes self-documenting code

If you are passionate about supporting education and education reform, this position will work directly with schools in assisting them in using our technologies in ways that support student and educator learning. This position is full-time and you will be working out of our office overlooking Pioneer Square in Seattle.

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience providing customer support using technologies
- Experience with troubleshooting and communicating to development teams
- Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
- Knowledge of schools and education organizations is helpful
- Experience building competence within schools/districts using the technology
- Ability to self-organize and manage multiple accounts independently
- Ability to understand and master new technologies quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to learn and to teach
